When World Series of Poker Main Event champion Jerry Yang won his first WSOP bracelet, he also ended the 2007 championships in the United States. Fortunately, there are many poker events still scheduled for the second half of 2007 with no event more prominent than the World Series of Poker Europe.

The European reincarnation will feature a total of three separate events, which is significantly smaller in terms of running tournaments. This is however compensated with the size of the three tournaments, which are predicted as 'huge'. Below are the tournament dates and types.

$5K HORSE - Thursday, September 6th

$10K Pot-Limit Omaha - Saturday, September 8th

$20K No-Limit Hold ‘em Main Event - Monday, September 10th

All present and future members of Full Tilt Poker now have the chance to participate in one of the many European Main Event prize package satellites. Currently, every package is worth a massive $25,000, which includes $5,000 of spending money. At least four seats are given away every week until August 26th.
